First Response Children's Duty Team

If you’re a friend, relative or neighbour of the child you are concerned about, it is possible for you to contact Leicestershire County Council's First Response Children's Duty Team on 0116 305 0005 where you will be able to speak to a social worker about your worries. The social worker will discuss these with you and take as much information as possible.

You will be able to remain anonymous if you wish and a social worker will discuss this with you.

Operation Encompass

We are an ‘Operation Encompass’ school.

Operation Encompass is a police and education early information safeguarding partnership, enabling schools to offer immediate support to children experiencing domestic abuse. As an Operation Encompass school, our Designated Safeguarding Lead (or in their absence, one of our Deputy DSL’s) checks for Operation Encompass emails before the start of the school day to ensure all children experiencing domestic abuse receive timely support in school.
